Three Corn Bake

Is it stuffing? Is it cornbread? No matter how we label it, Three Corn Bake is gonna be a favorite at your house!
Serves: 8
Cooking Time:40 min
Ingredients
  • 1 (15- to 17-ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 (15-ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 (8½-ounce) box corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup (1/2 pint) sour cream
  • 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 1-1/2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until center is set. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
